We require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends in spring and fall, and a 3 night minimum stay in Summer. Exceptions may be available.
A refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date less a $50.00 fee.

We offer one parking spot available per unit.
The Edgewater does not allow pets.
Our pool is available for everyone and offers handicap access open from early May to mid October.
We cannot permit bbq grills on the property.
