We require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends in spring and fall, and a 3 night minimum stay in Summer. Exceptions may be available.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 7 nights before your arrival for a $50 fee per room. For cancellations made within 7 nights of your arrival date, the deposit for the first night per room will be non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding!
We are non-smoking property.
We offer one parking spot available per unit.
The Edgewater does not allow pets.
Our pool is available for everyone and offers handicap access open from early May to mid October.
We cannot permit bbq grills on the property.
